The is a 3-week class with a goal of reducing feelings of stress by increasing the use of coping mechanisms unique to each caregiver. The class is designed to reduce both internal and external stress and its effects by learning efficient communication strategies, learning to identify your unique stress indicators and learning how to pair coping techniques with your own unique triggers.
